Providing psychiatric and medical care for over 14 years in Eastern NC. Dr. Barnes is dedicated to bring change in the health care system for Youth and Young Adults with transitional life needs. Through life skills, peer support, and other methods of treatment and support he believes reaching the under served populations such as aging out foster children, intersex persons and others can bring forth great outcomes. As a co founder of All Pointz Inc. he is dedicated to bring support, hope, strength and wellness to those who are served.

Taylor Holder Vice President

Taylor has worked with dual diagnosed children and teens for over 14 yrs, along with intersex and transgender youth and adults. As a aged out foster child himself he has been devoted to bringing change for under served people. Receiving a Degree in Sociology from CA. State University and currently a MSW Candidate from East Carolina University he remains dedicated to bring support, hope and strength to those who have been under served through the traditional avenues of our system. Taylor is also a co founder of All Pointz and also the author of 'All Pointz in Between: Shifting on the Scale of Sex and Gender. Taylor also publically speaks through out the United States for Health Summits to further educate other professionals through out the health care professions.

Dr. Engelstatter is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist holding the Ph.D. degree from the Florida Institute of Technology, Melbourne Florida. He is listed with the National Register of Health Services Providers in Psychology, is a Diplomate of the American Board of Medical Psychotherapists, the International Academy of Behavior Medicine, the American Board of Forensic Examiners, the American Board of Forensic Medicine and the American Board of Psychological Specialties . He is a member of the APA, NCPA, and Academy of Family Psychology. Dr. Engelstatter specializes in the evaluation and treatment of a full range of psychological health care problems for children, adults and adolescents in both outpatient and inpatient treatment settings.
